Placeholder terms pending counsel review. By using Slipp you agree to the following, with the understanding that these terms will be updated before any real-money functionality is enabled.

1. What Slipp is

Slipp ("we") is a parlay interface for public prediction markets. Slipp is not a sportsbook, a broker, a derivatives exchange, or a licensed gambling operator. Market listings, prices, and outcomes are sourced from Polymarket; resolution follows Polymarket's oracle, not ours.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (21 where required by local law) and legally permitted to access prediction markets from your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of Slipp is lawful where you live.

2a. Restricted jurisdictions

Slipp is not offered to, and may not be accessed by, residents of or persons physically located in the following jurisdictions:

• United States and its territories
• United Kingdom
• France
• Spain
• Italy
• Germany
• Netherlands
• Australia
• Any country subject to comprehensive United States, United Nations, or European Union sanctions
• Any other jurisdiction where access to on-chain prediction markets or USDC-settled speculative products is prohibited or restricted under local law

This list is subject to change as counsel review continues and additional restrictions may be added before real-money functionality is enabled. You must not use VPNs, proxies, or any other means to circumvent these restrictions; doing so is a material breach of these terms and grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3. No advice

Nothing on Slipp — market selections, parlay suggestions, odds, AI-generated commentary, or otherwise — is financial, legal, or betting advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

4. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated access beyond normal browsing.
• No attempts to manipulate markets, launder funds, or circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
• No use of the service by or on behalf of persons in restricted jurisdictions.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Prediction markets are volatile; market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or settlement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slipp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses on parlays, market mis-resolutions upstream at Polymarket, or service interruptions.

7. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
